      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Translate talent and business questions into analysis, including performance trends and capacity modeling
      - Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for executive leaders and talent teams
      - Conduct hands-on data analysis using SQL, BI tools, and Excel/Sheets to generate insights that inform hiring strategy
      - Support the design and optimization of talent systems, focusing on workflow clarity and data quality
      - Serve as the analytical liaison between talent, business leaders, and cross-functional partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5+ years in an analytical, operations, or business strategy role (BizOps, RevOps, data analytics, or similar)
      - Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
      - Experience working with talent systems and improving workflows
      - Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly and influence decisions
      - Strong problem-solving abilities with a builder's mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in people/talent operations or similar roles
      - Familiarity with creating scalable workflows in a remote work environment
      - Ability to handle complex data sets and derive actionable insights
