What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, initiate, and execute the sourcing workflow for talent acquisition
- Identify qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search
- Interact with potential candidates on professional networks and niche job boards
- Craft job postings and promote the employer brand both online and offline
- Serve as a talent advisor, reporting on market trends and enhancing candidate experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of sourcing experience in a startup, tech, or SaaS organization
- Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent, especially DEI candidates and GTM positions
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
