What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for all technical openings, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling
- Collaborate with functional leaders to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes
- Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, considerate, and timely
- Proactively attract and engage world-class talent through various sourcing strategies
- Strengthen the employer brand and improve the hiring process to set a gold standard for talent acquisition
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience working at an early-stage startup that has experienced rapid growth
- Ability to manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to signing with a headhunter mindset
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding headcount targets while maintaining candidate quality
- Strong data, systems, and process orientation with expertise in leading talent acquisition tools

- Comfort with the ambiguity and fast-paced environment of early-stage startups
