      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for all technical openings, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling

      - Ability to manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to signing with a headhunter mindset
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding headcount targets while maintaining candidate quality
      - Strong data, systems, and process orientation with expertise in leading talent acquisition tools

      - Passion for building exceptional teams and advocating for all parties in the hiring process
      - Comfort with the ambiguity and fast-paced environment of early-stage startups
      - Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and GoodTime
