What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct daily huddles and monitor performance dashboards for tickets, sales, and calls
- Provide tech support and troubleshoot issues during remote support appointments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and customer service experience
- At least 1 year of technology support or repair experience
- A minimum of 1 year of leadership or management experience
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM
- 1-3+ years of end-user tech support experience
- 1-3+ years of customer service experience
- 1-3+ years in a sales or retail position
- Relevant certifications or an AS/BS degree
