What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and deliver the technical components of new hire bootcamps, focusing on value-based selling and demo strategies
- Conduct live and virtual technical enablement sessions for Sales Engineers (SEs) and Account Executives (AEs)
- Partner with Enablement Programs to continuously evolve SE technical onboarding content
- Deliver technical competitive deep dives and value-based POV execution training
- Collaborate with various teams to create and refine enablement content tied to live delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in pre-sales technical enablement, technical training, or sales engineering
- Strong domain knowledge in cybersecurity and familiarity with cloud-based SaaS architectures
- Proven experience delivering technical training to pre-sales audiences
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to distill complex technical concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience as a Sales Engineer or in a closely related pre-sales role
- Experience training enterprise Sales Engineers or pre-sales teams at scale
- Strong background in cybersecurity with knowledge of customer challenges across various personas
- Familiarity with competitive email security landscapes
- Experience designing or owning technical certification and readiness programs
