      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, support, and deliver training for end-users and Tier 1 Helpdesk through virtual instructor-led training
      - Provide onsite support during User Acceptance Testing to ensure system functionality
      - Create technical documentation, including end-user guides and training materials
      - Tailor end-user documentation according to the requirements of the Bureau of Prisons using Instructional Systems Design practices
      - Assist with Training Needs Assessments and document User Stories for User Guides

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of training experience, including training strategy implementation and end-user training development
      - Proficient in creating Section 508 Compliant Documentation and using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
      - Experience with Adobe Captivate for developing interactive eLearning modules
      - Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
      - Must be able to obtain and maintain Bureau of Prisons MBI or BI Security Clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in an Agile Environment and supporting multiple agile teams
      - Familiarity with GitLab for project management
      - Knowledge of Agile Framework to develop user stories for documentation standards
