      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead expert-level training for electricians, technicians, and engineers in both classroom and hands-on settings
      - Develop and update technical training content aligned with industry standards
      - Champion electrical safety practices, including NFPA 70E and CSA Z462 standards
      - Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to help others advance their careers
      - Collaborate with industry stakeholders to evolve training programs continuously

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7-10+ years of experience as an industrial electrician, high-voltage tester, or electrical engineer
      - 3-5 years of experience in a training or mentorship capacity
      - Hands-on experience with high-voltage systems, switchgear testing, and renewable energy systems
      - Strong knowledge of electrical theory, diagnostics, and safety practices
      - Proficiency with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Journeyperson Electrician or Electrical Trade Certification
      - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology, or a related field
      - Certified Trainer (CPT, CPLP, or similar)
      - NFPA 70E or CSA Z462 Instructor Certification
