What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform daily cash management activities, including ACH and POS Pay exception handling and reconciliations
- Investigate discrepancies and conduct clearing entries to ensure accurate reporting in the general ledger
- Analyze positive pay reporting and recommend changes to prevent fraud
- Collaborate on month-end closing tasks, including reconciliations and general ledger adjustments
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries, researching and resolving complex issues from internal and external parties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in treasury operations, banking, or corporate finance
- Knowledge of banking processes and experience with SAP (preferably S4Hana)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to oversee tasks, make informed decisions, and meet deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Clean credit history as reported by credit report

- Experience in cash reporting and reconciliation of Treasury-related accounts
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and documentation skills
