What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for the existing Manhattan WMi (PkMS) system, including debugging and troubleshooting
- Lead the modernization project for the WMS, managing the migration to a cloud-native solution
- Oversee development tasks and integration of the WMS with ERP and other critical applications
- Support warehouse hardware operations, identifying efficiencies and executing system changes
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure system requirements are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-10 years of experience with Manhattan Associates & WMS platforms
- Strong background with the on-premise WMi (PkMS) system
- Hands-on skills in IBM i, SQL/DB2, and ILE/RPG for legacy system support
- Demonstrated experience in leading or managing WMS upgrade and implementation projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams
- Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
