What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound phone calls and chats in a call center environment, ensuring consistent delivery of procedures and scripts
- Gather relevant information from clients to create accurate support tickets
- Provide basic and advanced technical support to assist client requests
- Deliver friendly and helpful customer service as the first point of contact
- Meet individual KPIs, including average talk time, tickets closed, and first call resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a structured IT support environment
- At least 3 years' experience in customer service roles, which can be outside of IT
- Must possess at least one CompTIA certification
- Expert-level knowledge of networking, computing, peripherals, and business applications
- Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with remote support tools and network diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with ITIL methodologies
