What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field service desk requests via telephone and email, documenting user information
- Provide technical assistance for mobile devices and support Iron Key Devices
- Resolve computer issues promptly and escalate calls to appropriate IT support groups when necessary
- Install software and perform password resets during regular and extended work hours
- Assist with projects such as device recycling and end-of-life replacements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma with 5 years of experience in an analytical role, or an associate degree in Information Systems with 2 years of experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support or technical roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage technical troubleshooting across various devices and software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and mobile operating systems
- Experience supporting iOS mobile devices and managing mobile accounts
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience with remote phone support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
