      Primary Skill : Service Desk with Excellent Communication

      Location: Cognizant Technology Solutions, F-2, Mahogany, Embassy Manyata Business Park, Outer Ring Road, Nagawara, Thanisandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560045.

      Time: 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM

      Experience: 18 Months to 4 Years

      Responsibilities:

      • Provide first-level support by handling incoming queries and help requests from end users via email or phone.
      • Document all calls and create detailed notes of user issues.
      • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows desktop OS, proprietary software, virtual desktops, mobile OS, printers, and other IT systems or hardware.
      • Reset end-user passwords and manage security privileges.
      • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
      • Maintain and update the knowledge base with solutions and best practices.
      • Provide training and support to end-users.
