What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the delivery of ServiceNow HRSD
- Drive process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes
- Lead workshops and design discussions to document requirements
- Liaise between clients and technical implementation team
- Apply architecture principles to business solutions
- Assist with end-to-end testing to ensure the product is ready for go-lives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in the delivery and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD core module
- Experience with Employee Document Management, Employee Center & Employee Center Pro, Employee Journey, HR Agent workspace, Manager Hub, HR Case Management, and Enterprise Onboarding Transitions
- Experience with Agent Workspace and Service Portal
- Proven team player and team builder
- US Citizen
- Excellent communication skills and extensive experience in engaging stakeholders to develop solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the delivery and implementation of other ServiceNow applications such as ITSM or CSM
- Experience in the delivery and implementation of other HR applications such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
