Job Description
- Req#: 3739351
- Partner with Gov. Audiologist (GA) to grow market share
- Maintain ordering Audiologists, plus grow SOW and add new Audiologists
- Perform Territory planning with GA
- Uncover needs with probing questions and provide solutions
- Maintain and build relationships with VA Audiologists
- Monitor all customer orders
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or email. Through customer relationships become a trusted advisor.
- Support new product launches in May and November.
- Customer trainings:
- Schedule customer appointments.
- Partner with GA to achieve high level of attendance.
- Travel to customer locations (could be up to 4 days a week).
- Complete Pre-call plans and Trip Notes afterwards.
- Doctor of audiology (AuD) degree, preferred
- Hearing industry experience, preferred
- Dept of Veterans Affairs Audiology experience, preferred
- Consultative Selling experience, preferred
- MS Office tools experience required
- SalesForce experience a plus
- Organized and Detailed oriented
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent Communication, including phone, and Interpersonal Skills
