      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage 15-20 SLED Channel Partners, ensuring effective deal registration and partner enablement
      - Act as the primary point of contact for partner leadership and sales teams, facilitating transactions from deal registration through close
      - Liaise between Skydio Account Executives and partner Account Executives to align on account strategy and deal structure
      - Drive partner enablement, including training, product updates, and certifications
      - Conduct quarterly business reviews to maintain engagement and long-term alignment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5+ years of experience in technology or hardware sales with a US manufacturer or solution provider
      - Experience supporting SLED customers through channel partners
      - Proven ability to manage partner relationships and coordinate cross-functionally
      - Strong communication and organizational skills
      - Comfortable operating in a cross-functional environment with Sales, Channel Operations, and Legal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with public sector procurement and reseller-led deal motions
      - Previous experience as a business manager for partners in a technology setting
      - Knowledge of deal registration processes and partner readiness strategies
