- Support the planning and execution of social impact programs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day operations stay on track
- Execute convenings and key moments, managing logistics, vendors, and on-the-ground coordination while helping shape a thoughtful and engaging experience
- Build and maintain workflows that bring structure to program delivery and reduce manual coordination
- Translate program goals and KPIs into clear workstreams, milestones, and trackable outputs
- Coordinate across internal teams, schools, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and follow-through
- Track progress, flag risks or bottlenecks early, and support mitigation to keep projects moving forward
- Maintain systems (e.g., CRM/project management tools) to track program activity, stakeholders, and data
- Own the day-to-day execution layer of programs, ensuring consistency, follow-through, and attention to detail across all workstreams
- Support impact reporting workflows, ensuring accurate and timely data collection across programs
- Maintain dashboards and reporting systems that reflect program performance
- Support the creation of clear, structured updates and reports for internal teams, partners, and leadership
- 3+ years of experience in project management, social impact, or community-based programs
- Proven ability to manage programs from planning through execution, including timelines, communications, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep multiple workstreams organized and moving forward
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Experience supporting events or convenings, with the ability to manage logistics and run on-the-ground execution
- Comfortable working across teams and building relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with NYC public schools or youth-serving organizations is a strong advantage
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in social impact

We are seeking a Social Impact Project Manager to support the execution of our programs with precision and consistency.
This role focuses on project management, workflow design, and impact reporting ensuring initiatives run smoothly, stay on track, and translate into clear, measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strong operator with a creative instinct, able to bring structure to programs while elevating how they come to life.
Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $100,000-$120,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity-based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
