      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and manage accountability structures for the Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) Program
      - Conduct monitoring of ESIT provider agencies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
      - Develop and implement training programs for ESIT provider agencies on the Integrated Monitoring System
      - Create and update training materials and guidance documents for staff and contractors
      - Engage with internal and external partners to enhance data collection and monitoring processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Equivalent education and professional experience totaling six (6) years in early childhood, early intervention, early childhood special education, or a related field
      - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with four (4) years of professional experience, or a Master's degree with two (2) years of experience
      - Ability to take initiative in learning and meeting the needs of others
      - Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Minimum of two (2) years of driving experience and a valid driver's license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with research-based analytics and Logic Models for statewide improvement plans
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Experience presenting data to diverse groups effectively
      - Familiarity with compliance and outcome reporting methods
