What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Present Casebook's products to prospective customers in the eastern United States and Canada
- Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve revenue goals
- Generate and follow up on sales leads, maintain a healthy pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Establish strong business relationships with nonprofit and government leaders
- Monitor the market for competitor activity and maintain CRM records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Dedication to customer success
- Proven track record in nonprofit or government sales, preferably in human services/social services
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Team player mentality
- 2+ years of nonprofit or government sales experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SLED sales experience
- BA/BS or equivalent education and/or work experience
