What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain Partner onboarding/training content for sales team members
- Support Channel Partner relationships as policy/procedure experts
- Create and evolve Partner reports/dashboards to identify gaps in the process
- Work closely with sales counterparts to create measurable partner OKRs
- Support Product team with system rollouts and strategy for enhanced systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in partner-related account management
- 2+ years of residential solar experience
- 2+ years of experience creating reports and conducting analysis
- Demonstrated commitment to financial inclusion, social justice, and/or access to clean energy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of B2B sales/ops experience
- Solar finance experience
- Strong proficiency in excel, BI tools, SFDC report creation
