      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cultivate and strengthen relationships with consultants and brokers in an assigned territory
      - Market Health Benefit Accounts to employers through assigned distribution channels
      - Build consultative relationships with key Employer clients to understand their strategies and needs
      - Drive and deliver a compelling value story consistent with client strategies
      - Influence external customers at the VP & C-Suite level as a trusted executive partner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of sales development or business development experience with decision makers and economic buyers
      - 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the health insurance or financial services industry
      - 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
      - 5+ years of experience with Consumer Directed Health (CDH) programs, including HSA, HRA, and FSA
      - Ability to travel frequently (50%)
