      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive adoption of Ellucian Transfer solutions to enhance student mobility and streamline credit evaluation
      - Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and progress opportunities aligned with institutional priorities
      - Serve as a subject-matter expert and value evangelist for transfer and credit mobility solutions
      - Engage with senior institutional stakeholders to connect Ellucian solutions with mission-critical outcomes
      - Build deep knowledge of assigned solutions and stay current on higher education trends impacting the market

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in a sales, sales specialist, or solution-focused role within the higher education ecosystem
      - Knowledge of trends and issues related to transfer and credit mobility
      - Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior institutional stakeholders
      - Demonstrated consultative selling skills with experience in leading discovery and shaping buying decisions
      - Ability to communicate complex solutions through business outcomes rather than technical details

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working for a higher education technology company or institution directly, preferably in a SaaS environment
      - Comfort operating in a growth-oriented organization navigating change and transformation
