      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage agent networks and key accounts to maximize market penetration and profitability in the South East Region
      - Develop and execute local sales strategies to support division goals and objectives
      - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure resource deployment aligns with business needs
      - Identify new sales opportunities through market research and customer engagement
      - Represent the employer at industry trade shows and exhibitions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of business and/or sales/project management experience, preferably in the construction or industrial sales sector
      - Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)
      - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
      - Strong computer skills, including knowledge of tax reporting and accounting software
      - Ability to travel up to 75% of the time across the assigned region
