What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and execute the People strategy with the NA Operations People team
- Serve as the advisor and front-line support to business/client groups
- Facilitate effective communication and collaborative problem-solving strategies
- Coach, support, and facilitate the development of managers in people management
- Provide detailed reporting and analysis on headcount, compensation, and other people-related issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of professional experience required; minimum of 4 years of HR experience required
- Experience in operational implementation of HR strategies through day-to-day execution
- Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects
- Strong oral and written communication, project and time management skills

- Experience supporting and partnering across multiple sites
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and ability to think strategically
- Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal, consultative, and facilitation skills
