      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the complete lifecycle of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and COBRA administration
      - Provide expert advice and support to employees regarding benefit options and eligibility
      - Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and prepare required benefit reports
      - Serve as the point of contact for HRIS inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
      - Conduct audits and analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for potential changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in Benefits and HRIS
      - 3-5 years of experience in Benefit Administration, with HRIS systems experience; UKG Pro preferred
      - Strong working knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits
      - Proficient in Excel and skilled in recordkeeping and data management
      - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a nonprofit organization or educational travel sector
      - Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines during high-volume periods
      - Strong problem-solving skills with logical thinking when working with data
