What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door interactions to present the employer's latest offers and services
- Achieve sales targets while providing post-sales follow-up to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Effectively communicate and present complex product offerings to potential customers
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure sales agreements and meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and resolve issues during the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Proven experience in direct consumer sales or a retail environment, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in engaging with customers and facilitating their transition to services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
- Experience in a target-driven sales role with a successful track record
- Certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
- Knowledge of telecommunications market dynamics and sales strategies
- Certification as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
