      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively manage customer Cisco renewals and timelines for assigned accounts
      - Review renewals for upsell opportunities and create quotes/proposals
      - Participate in customer-facing meetings to present offerings and drive opportunities to closure
      - Maintain and reconcile end-user's Cisco contract inventory and manage the process quarterly and annually
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote and develop the Cisco service practice

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS applications
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
      - Strong knowledge of Cisco services, contracts, and Enterprise Agreements
      - Familiarity with Cisco asset/contract management systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years' experience in a support agreement renewal role
      - Experience with Cisco service contracts and Enterprise Agreements
      - Direct customer-facing experience, including presentations and consultative selling
      - Ability to provide revenue growth through renewals and upsells
      - Contract and order management experience
