What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and analyze technical and design aspects of new development opportunities
- Finalize business cases in collaboration with Sales and product managers
- Provide leadership and mentorship to product development teams
- Follow the Stage Gate process for product development
- Create product development business cases and establish key project metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of six to seven years related experience
- Experience with SAP or an ERP preferred
- Previous experience as Process Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with material rheology related to injection molding processes
- Previous experience as a Tool and Die/Mould Maker
- Ability to cultivate positive relationships with customers
