What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Produce accurate customer-facing quotes for SaaS and EA product lines to support the sales process
- Serve as the subject matter expert on quote creation, pricing, and resolution of quoting issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to align deliverables with customer requirements
- Maintain complete ownership of quotes throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring all revisions are managed
- Identify opportunities for improving quoting processes and recommend alternative procurement options
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience, including military experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quoting, sales operations, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and SaaS/subscription sales cycles
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy

- Experience with SaaS, cloud, or subscription-based products
- Strong grasp of the end-to-end sales process within the enterprise technology space
