      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategies for sourcing diverse candidates through various channels, including social media and career fairs
      - Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the employer's culture and values to attract top talent
      - Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
      - Streamline the recruitment pipeline and oversee the selection process, including skill testing and onboarding
      - Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree or equivalent experience
      - Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and managing data in a Talent Acquisition System
      - Understanding of the event management industry, including the healthcare professional (HCP) sector
      - Ability to work effectively with associates/colleagues at all levels
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with UKG, Smartsheet, Cvent, and Concur

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in talent acquisition within the event management industry
      - Familiarity with diverse recruiting practices and candidate sourcing strategies
      - Established relationships with colleges and universities for recruiting purposes
      - Experience with employee surveys and analyzing feedback for training improvements
      - Knowledge of trends in talent acquisition and recruiting technology
