What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service to end-users and sales representatives by resolving contract issues and enhancing the renewal experience
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts to deepen engagement and provide value
- Participate in customer meetings to educate on the benefits of purchasing through the employer’s programs
- Manage the renewal process by creating quotes and informing sales representatives and customers
- Collaborate with vendor representatives to secure pricing and ensure timely renewals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Third Party Renewal role
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS applications
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Strong relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Third-Party Services and distributor-related tools
- Experience in a technology solutions environment
