      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and execute the territory plan, including segmentation, call cadence, and coverage
      - Meet or exceed sales targets while managing the sales funnel and activity metrics
      - Educate and influence Eyecare professionals through in-office data reviews and training sessions
      - Integrate clinical evidence into practice behaviors to enhance therapy adoption
      - Document customer feedback and insights to refine messaging and resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of documented success in sales; experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is a plus
      - Preferred experience in eye-care or contact lens sales
      - Comfort discussing affordability of cash-pay/elective therapies with practices and patients
      - Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record
