      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the territory plan, including segmentation, call cadence, and coverage across relevant accounts
      - Meet and exceed sales targets while managing funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics
      - Lead compliant data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns with eye care professionals
      - Translate clinical evidence into practical behaviors to drive therapy adoption
      - Document customer feedback and insights to inform internal partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of documented success in sales; pharmaceutical or medical sales experience preferred
      - Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales is a plus
      - Must maintain an unexpired driver's license and satisfactory driving record
      - Comfort with discussing cash-pay/elective therapies with practices and patients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with pharmaceutical launches
      - Previous startup experience
      - Strong entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to building territories
      - Comfort in navigating ambiguous situations and making decisive actions under pressure
      - Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer engagement
