      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and execute the territory plan, including segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across practices
      - Meet and exceed sales targets while managing forecasts and activity metrics using CRM
      - Educate and influence Eyecare professionals through compliant in-office data reviews and trainings
      - Translate clinical evidence into practical practice behaviors to drive adoption of the therapy
      - Document customer feedback and insights, sharing them with internal partners as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2+ years of documented sales success, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical sales
      - Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales is preferred
      - Must maintain a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
      - Ability to discuss cash-pay/elective therapies and affordability with practices and patients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a pharmaceutical launch
      - Start-up experience in a related field
      - Proven ability to thrive in launch environments and build territories from the ground up
      - Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
      - Evidence-driven mindset with a focus on solutions and customer needs
