What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and execute the territory plan, including segmentation, call cadence, and coverage of practices
- Meet and exceed sales targets while managing forecasts and activity metrics through disciplined CRM usage
- Lead compliant in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns for eyecare professionals
- Translate clinical evidence into practical behaviors that drive consistent product usage in practices
- Document customer feedback and insights to share with internal partners for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of proven success in sales; experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is a plus
- Preferred experience in eye-care or contact lens sales
- Comfort with discussing cash-pay/elective therapies and affordability with practices and patients
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with pharmaceutical launches
- Start-up experience is advantageous
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated approach to building territories
