      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the territory plan, managing segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across relevant accounts
      - Meet and exceed sales targets while managing funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics through disciplined CRM usage
      - Educate and influence eyecare professionals through compliant in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns
      - Translate clinical evidence into practical behaviors that drive therapy adoption in practices
      - Document customer feedback and insights to share with internal partners for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of documented success in sales; experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or closely related fields is a plus
      - Preferred experience in eye-care or contact lens sales
      - Comfort with selling cash-pay/elective therapies and discussing affordability
      - Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
