      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the territory plan, including segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage of practices
      - Meet and exceed sales targets while managing sales funnel and forecasts
      - Educate and influence Eyecare professionals through compliant data reviews and trainings
      - Drive adoption of the therapy by positioning its value and usage effectively
      - Document customer feedback and insights for internal sharing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of documented success in sales, with a preference for pharmaceutical or medical sales
      - Experience in eye-care or contact lens sales is preferred
      - Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record
      - Comfort with discussing cash-pay/elective therapies and affordability with practices and patients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in pharmaceutical launches
      - Start-up experience is advantageous
      - Strong ability to adapt and learn quickly in fast-paced environments
      - Proven track record in evidence-driven selling and customer-focused discussions
      - Resilience in challenging market conditions
