      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the management of diverse patient caseloads, including planning, evaluating, and treating patients with various audiological needs
      - Provide leadership for audiological services and ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
      - Monitor and manage the financial portfolio of audiological services, focusing on revenue generation and cost-effectiveness
      - Coordinate with program directors and research investigators to integrate educational and research activities into clinical operations
      - Lead outreach initiatives to increase accessibility of audiological services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Licensed by the State of Washington as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Audiologist
      - Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
      - Demonstrated clinical excellence in audiology
      - Experience in managing a clinical team is essential
      - Ability to provide effective clinical supervision to graduate student clinicians

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous clinical supervision experience
      - Familiarity with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association's supervision requirements
      - Eager to develop innovative clinical services, including tinnitus evaluation and telehealth
