      The NMN team is expanding and seeking to hire a savvy and motivated self-starter who can take the lead in delivering against an advertising revenue goal across an assigned account list, through new business development & customer retention across Nordstrom.       A day in the life ...

      • Lead and collaborate closely with the Buying team, Account Management, Operations & Analytics partners to drive short term and long-term revenue growth for the company.
      • Drive category sales strategy to deliver revenue goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
      • Develop strategic media plans and lead post sale campaign delivery, creative strategy and execution in partnership with Account Management teams.
      • Secure sponsorship packages across designated verticals
      • Leverage trusted advisor status and solution selling principals to support pipeline maintenance, account optimization, innovation, and long-term partnerships.
      • Work with Account Management to create and secure media plans that align with delivering against the brands goals.
      • Educate brands and media agencies, effectively communicating Nordstrom's value proposition.
      • Proactively drive strategic approach and thinking and have skin in the game.


      You own this if you have ...

      • Bachelor's or advanced degree


      • 6 years of client facing media sales, retail media sales or luxury retail experience preferred
      • Experience building relationships and trust by offering tailored business solutions
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on following up regularly with updates
      • Detailed knowledge of sales tracking tools (Salesforce) and forecast management
      • Cross-functional collaboration on management of high-profile deals & integrated marketing programs
      • Deep understanding of supply chain, buying cycles, merchandising, marketplace and Direct- To-Consumer (DTC) ecommerce models

      Pay Range Details

      The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

      California: $105,000 - $206,500 annually, Colorado: $105,000 - $173,000 annually, Connecticut: $105,000 - $199,000 annually, Hawaii: $105,000 - $173,000 annually, Nevada: $105,000 - $173,000 annually, New York: $105,000 - $206,500 annually, Rhode Island: $105,000 - $173,000 annually, Washington: $105,000 - $199,000 annually

      This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
