What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect new customers and develop account plans for existing accounts to build a robust sales pipeline
- Manage major accounts, leading the entire sales process from initial contact to renewal
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system and engage in direct client meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred; 7+ years of enterprise field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
- Proven track record of selling complex enterprise software to organizations with revenues of $500M or more
- Skilled in C-suite engagement and solution selling with a consultative approach
- Ability to manage multifaceted sales cycles and execute structured account plans
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and effective change management skills
