      SUMMARY

      The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales and revenue within their assigned accounts by identifying opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and executing effective sales strategies.

      The Account manager is responsible for operational execution of the in-store service team. Ensuring service quality execution to meet customer standards and expectations.

      Responsibilities also include establishing and growing relationships with key retailer category managers and key retailer executive leadership. In this role they will establish rapport with our client(s) and achieve financial growth and quality improvement objectives by building sales through category and field operations management.

      Responsibilities Include:

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key members of account leadership.

      • Act as a key point of contact for customer category managers to collaborate on strategic account plans aimed at driving business growth and optimizing sales opportunities. Lead the implementation of planograms, product resets (where applicable), store remodels (where applicable), as well as the coordination of new store openings and grand re-openings.

      • Manager operations to ensure service team is executing at store level to meet customer expectations.

      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company and retailer objectives.

      • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

      • Utilize customer market share data to drive strategic decisions.

      • Identify new business opportunities within existing account(s).

      • Conduct weekly/monthly partnership meetings with account leadership to coordinate sales efforts for business growth, improve processes and resolve client problems.

      • Prepare quarterly and annual joint business plans (JBP)

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Foster a collaborative working environment across departments to drive teamwork.

      • Lead their assigned sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they achieve their targets and meet performance expectations.
      • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
      • Prepare and manage budgets, sales forecasts, profit/loss statements and expense report management.
      • Mentor and provide guidance to associate account manager, helping them develop their sales skills and achieve their targets.
      • Other duties as requested.
