What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize technical and sales expertise to prospect for new customers and drive growth in managed IT services
- Engage with C-level prospective clients to understand their IT needs and identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams and Solutions Architects to create tailored technical proposals
- Deliver compelling presentations showcasing service capabilities and competitive advantages
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports within CRM applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience, including 3 years in IT sales or consulting
- Experience with Managed IT Services or Managed Security Services Provider is an asset
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for regular travel to customer sites
- Overall knowledge of IT systems and technologies, including servers, storage, public cloud, networking, and security solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience attending industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote IT services
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes
