      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full ARC settlement process, including reconciliation and payment via Back Office Systems
      - Process and reconcile transactions including sales, exchanges, refunds, and commissions across various platforms
      - Oversee the Debit Memo management process, including monitoring, dispute resolution, and financial reporting
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Standard Operating Procedures related to ticketing and settlement workflows
      - Stay updated on ARC regulations and travel industry developments, communicating impacts to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in ARC reporting, reconciliation, and settlement within a TMC, OTA, or travel agency
      - Expert-level proficiency with Amadeus GDS and NDC technology
      - Deep knowledge of ARC processes, IAR, and back-office systems
      - Strong understanding of airline ticketing processes, including fare rules, refunds, and exchanges
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ARC Specialist certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
      - Proven ability to research, analyze, and resolve financial discrepancies
      - High attention to detail with exceptional accuracy in data handling and reporting
      - Proficiency in Google Workspace and other financial reporting applications
