      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage the administration of complex employee benefits programs
      - Oversee retirement and health & welfare plan compliance
      - Manage self-funded insurance plans and coordinate with vendors and service providers
      - Mentor Benefits Analysts and provide expert guidance on benefits-related matters
      - Conduct strategic analysis and drive improvements in benefits programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
      - In-depth knowledge of benefits administration, program design, and regulatory compliance
      - Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
      - Experience managing multiple retirement plans (401k, 403b, 457b)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in benefits strategy and program management
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Master's degree
      - Certification such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
