      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, maintain, and manage benefits operating procedures, leading implementation activities for Annual Enrollment and new benefit coverage
      - Serve as an escalation point for complex benefits inquiries requiring senior-level support
      - Partner with HR and IT to conduct data audits and enhance system functionality
      - Manage vendor relationships, including communications and issue resolution
      - Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements for benefits-related workflows and reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in benefits, human resources, business, or a related field, or an additional 4 years of relevant/technical work experience in lieu of a degree
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in benefits administration
      - Extensive exposure to HRIS platforms and compliance requirements
      - Demonstrated ability to configure and optimize HRIS platforms for benefits processing
      - High-level proficiency with Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CEBS, CBP, and/or SPHR certification
      - Direct experience with Dayforce Ceridian, including system configuration and reporting
