What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and administration to ensure effective partnerships
- Prepare and facilitate contracts with preferred suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Conduct evaluations of the preferred supplier relationship management (SRM) program, including analysis and reporting
- Generate metrics and reports to meet client and account expectations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business units and the category management team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management/Indirect Procurement or equivalent
- Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting and ability to interpret contracts
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all management levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with strategic sourcing processes and e-tools such as Supplier Administration and contract management systems
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to find solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
