What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Strategically identify, pre-qualify, and acquire prospects for the sale of controls and building automation solutions
- Develop and implement successful sales strategies to achieve annual goals
- Prepare and issue winning proposals and presentations, serving as the key point of contact for customers
- Maintain knowledge of product offerings and market developments in energy services
- Cultivate and foster strong customer relationships while coordinating with sales and project management teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and sales for multi-million dollar energy efficiency and renewable technology projects
- Proven track record in securing sales from top-level management
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated account cultivation abilities
- Excellent verbal, written, computer communication, and technical presentation skills
- Valid Driver's License in good standing and willingness to travel
