- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned Lines of Business
- Partner with business leaders to drive human capital strategies
- Facilitate succession management for leadership and top talent
- Utilize HR data analytics to guide leaders in decision-making
- Support DEI programs and initiatives within the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 6+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
- Hands-on HR support experience for dispersed employee populations
- Success in talent management and resolving complex employee relations issues
- Demonstrated ability to support and influence internal clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM CP or SCP certification
- Experience using assessment tools and debriefing assessment profiles
- Proficiency in data analytics and creating data visuals
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and disciplines
- Expertise in supporting large, complex organizations
