      The Sr. HR Business Partner will foster productive relationships while acting as a resource to managers and employees. This position plays a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals to enhance organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience performing HR-related duties in the following areas: employee relations and engagement, business partnering, HRIS processes, policy deployment and HR project management. Success in this role will be the result of a strong service-oriented mindset and a solid understanding of HR practices and regulations.

      Your primary duties & responsibilities:

      • Collaborate with leadership to understand business priorities and develop HR strategies to meet organizational objectives.
      • Effectively partner with and coach operations leadership and other leadership team members in Scranton.
      • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
      • Utilize data-driven metrics to assess workforce performance and develop improvement strategies.
      • Communicate HR initiatives and changes clearly to ensure employee understanding and engagement.
      • Advise management on HR policies, practices, and compliance issues.
      • Quarterback for development and team effectiveness (Career Pathing, SLII, Manager assimilation, DiSC).
      • Drive performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee productivity.
      • Oversight of payroll processing / timecards and employee benefits / leaves of absence.
      • Spearhead projects that solve current business problems and/or directly contribute to long-term objectives.
      • Champion employee engagement and support ERGs (Employee Resource Groups)
      • Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace by implementing HR programs that support equitable practices and opportunities for all employees.

      • Ability to flex schedule to support employee relations or other business needs as required.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      We believe the successful candidate will need:

      • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is required. PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
      • 8 to 10 years of HR generalist experience; preferably in manufacturing operations.
      • Experience with UltiPro HRIS System is a plus.

      • Ability to make work fun.

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 in our lowest market up to $120,000 in our highest market, plus bonus, and benefits as applicable. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
