What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure and maintain Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and Advanced Compensation modules to meet organizational requirements
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations by adjusting system processes as needed
- Generate reports and analytics for insights or audit purposes, providing recommendations for process improvements
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with HR Operations and HRIT on system testing and upgrades, ensuring module functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of proven experience in configuring and managing Workday modules
- Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and best practices in advanced compensation and time tracking
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Workday or related tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of Workday Payroll and HCM Fundamentals training
- Additional training in Advanced Compensation Fundamentals, Business Process Fundamentals, Time Tracking, or Absence Fundamentals
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for training and support
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead projects
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
