      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, hire, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives, establishing performance standards and coaching frameworks
      - Architect and refine sales processes tailored to large non-profit organizations
      - Drive pipeline generation with team members and cross-functional partners, shaping account strategies
      - Oversee deal execution from discovery to negotiation and closing on complex B2B SaaS agreements
      - Collaborate with various departments on enablement, messaging, pricing, and strategy while delivering accurate forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales with at least 3 years leading Enterprise Account Executives
      - Proven track record of meeting team new-business targets
      - Experience selling into large enterprise organizations, preferably in the non-profit or education sectors
      - Demonstrated success with complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals
      - Strong coaching capabilities in opportunity strategy, deal inspection, and negotiation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background selling into mission-driven organizations such as foundations or NGOs
      - Familiarity with security and compliance reviews typical in the public sector and education
      - High emotional intelligence and consultative selling skills
